I Forgot My Radial Extension Password. What are my options?

If you have forgotten or lost the password to your Radial Wallet, you may be able to change it under certain conditions.

If you have access to your wallet in the Radial Wallet app

If you have a manual backup of your recovery phrase, you can import your wallet into the Radial Wallet app:

No Access and No Backup

If you do not have access to your wallet in the Radial Wallet app and you do not have a manual backup of your recovery phrase, then unfortunately, there is no way to regain access to your self-custodial wallet.
